Senior Security Data Analyst, IAM

Senior Security Data Analyst, IAM (Global Security) Join RBC in our Enterprise Identity and Access Management Onboarding Team. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to onboard applications to our IAM services, including SailPoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, and ServiceNow. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, analysis of business requirements, and implementation of IAM solutions to meet organizational goals. What will you do? Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goals. Recommend or automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding. Facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review with large and diverse groups. Analyze and document business and system solution requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodology. Participate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and execution. Identify and report security risks in accordance with organizational standards. Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artifacts/documentation, and facilitate final delivery. What do you need to succeed? 2+ years’ experience in Python development, with experience automating reports. Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices, and demonstrative experience of automating related workflows. Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel, with strong working knowledge of data querying across structured and unstructured sources. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Security or related field. Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversight. Nice to Have Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFA. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management. Working experience with ServiceNow, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git). Experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (SailPoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, ServiceNow). What’s in it for you?
