The role:

We’re searching for an experienced professional Engineer to manage a dynamic Water Resources group within an employee-owned, industry-leading firm. This role offers you the chance to lead a talented team, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on communities across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Water Resources professionals, ensuring top-notch project delivery.
  • Oversee tasks, schedules, budgets, and risk management across various projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to develop sustainable water resource solutions.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to strategic planning for future projects.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer in Ontario with 15+ years of managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and relevant software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in project management.
