Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients across North America and Canada, ensuring their long‑term success and satisfaction. Drive product adoption and demonstrate value for existing accounts by developing and implementing tailored customer success strategies. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. Collaborate with our product, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proactively address any challenges. Partner with clients to understand their evolving needs, finding new ways to expand the value AppCharge provides to them. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a client‑facing B2B role, with a proven track record in account management within the gaming or mobile industries. An analytical and data‑driven approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating product value. The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, from onboarding through renewal. Exceptional people skills and a passion for building long‑term partnerships and fostering client loyalty.
