The Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.
The Role
Administration duties for Service Department: looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
Issuing/receiving of purchase orders for service department.
Opening and closing of workorders, scheduling of work for technicians
Timecard entry
Warranty administration
The Candidate
Work Experience: 2 plus years related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators and Marine industry is an asset.
Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
Person with parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator may be considered.
Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..
Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
