Intercept is an award-winning B2B marketing agency specializing in creating impactful digital content, creative, and campaigns that engage IT and business decision-makers. We work with some of the largest enterprise technology companies in the world, including Microsoft, SAP, Lenovo, Intel, AMD, Cisco and more, helping them connect with their target audiences in meaningful ways. As a Certified Great Place to Work, we foster a collaborative and innovative environment where employees excel. With a fully remote workplace, we provide our team the flexibility they need to thrive both at home and at work. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and emerging media. This role owns production strategy and operations from initial scoping through final delivery, driving timelines, budgets, risk management, communication, and quality at the highest standard. The Senior Integrated Producer is a confident and strategic operator who leads cross-functional teams, mentors producers, and ensures every deliverable is executed with excellence, efficiency, and craft. Responsibilities Project Ownership Lead large-scale, multi-workstream projects from scoping through post-production. Develop and oversee project timelines, master schedules, staffing plans, and resourcing models. Manage project tracking reports, complex change orders, SOW updates, and budget oversight. Drive end-to-end production for digital, social, video, experiential, and multi-channel deliverables, including higher-volume or high-visibility campaigns. Own all production documentation, technical and platform requirements, delivery frameworks, and QA standards. Circulates relevant meeting notes and action items for internal teams. Provide early feasibility assessments and ensure projects are scoped accurately and realistically. Ensure clarity on briefs, deliverables and specs for project teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with creative, content, strategy, and production leads to ensure deliverables align with briefs, technical requirements, brand guidelines, and feasibility—identifying gaps early and driving resolution. Collaborate with account teams and department leads to clarify briefs, refine specs, confirm scope, and validate accurate resourcing needs across all project phases. Communicate proactively and confidently with internal teams, vendors, and freelancers, setting expectations, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment throughout the project. Oversee the file delivery process by ensuring assets are organized, named correctly, version-controlled, formatted properly, and delivered accurately across platforms. Oversee asset and file delivery operations at scale, ensuring teams follow best practices for naming, structure, versioning, formatting, permissions, archival, and distribution. Champion adherence to agency tools, processes, and approval workflows—helping identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements. Own resourcing and resourcing strategy for assigned projects, ensuring the right talent is staffed at the right time based on project scope and required skill sets. Partner with creative, strategy, development, and PMO leads to assess availability, workload balance, and skill fit when assigning tasks or building schedules. Forecast resourcing needs across individual projects and long-term needs, flagging gaps, overloads, risks, or shifting priorities ahead of time. Working closely with department leads and senior management to resolve blockers. Coordinate onboarding for freelancers or vendors when specialized skills or additional capacity is required. Provide thoughtful input to leadership on bandwidth challenges, staffing considerations, utilization challenges and scalable resource planning. Internal Leadership Serve as the senior production lead for key client portfolios, leading feasibility discussions, presenting production plans, and guiding expectations internally. Partner with account, strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align on scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery strategies. Translate creative and strategic direction into detailed production approaches, ensuring executional clarity. Lead internal reviews, cross-functional syncs, production check-ins, and approval cycles across large teams or multiple workstreams. Translate strategic and creative concepts into actionable production plans. Provide authoritative production guidance to internal stakeholders and elevate challenges strategically and proactively. Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid-level producers; share craft knowledge and elevate team standards. Source, vet, negotiate, and manage external partners, freelancers, and specialized vendors. Oversee complex bids, project estimates, contracts, SOWs, and reconciliation across large budgets. Ensure all final assets—digital, video, experiential, AI-driven, or otherwise—meet quality, technical, and platform requirements. Build long-term vendor relationships and maintain a strong roster of trusted partners. Quality, Process, & Problem Solving Maintain the highest production standards across all deliverables, ensuring work is polished, accurate, and on brand. Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets. Manage and coordinate internal reviews, feedback cycles, and revisions. Conduct light proofreading, formatting checks, and basic QC to ensure deliverables meet agency standards and technical specifications. Perform accessibility checks and ensure assets are prepped correctly for final delivery. Optimize workflows, processes, and communication patterns to improve team efficiency at a project level. Lead process optimization and workflow improvements to drive efficiency, clarity, and quality. Participate in identifying and implementing new tools, automation, and AI-driven production enhancements. Champion agency production practices and uphold PMO standards across teams and workstreams. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in integrated production within an agency, digital studio, or production environment. Deep experience producing a wide range of digital and creative assets (landing pages, banners, eBooks, social campaigns, webinars, case studies, emails, video, motion, AI etc.). Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with complex workflows and multiple stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of digital specs, AI workflows, video formats, accessibility requirements, and platform standards. Demonstrated ability to lead production conversations, present plans, and advise senior stakeholders. Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams. Skilled in reviewing creative, providing feedback, and performing light editing/QC when needed. Advanced proficiency with PM tools (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and digital production tools. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging production technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Creative, account, strategy, and leadership teams rely on you for production direction, collaboration, and decision-making. You ensure projects are properly resourced and staffed, enabling teams to produce their best work.
