Who Are We Looking For We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about helping product-based businesses scale through better operations and thrives in a cross-functional, highly collaborative environment that’s constantly evolving. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by turning free users and inbound signups into paying customers. You'll guide prospects through discovery, show how Katana solves their real-world challenges, and help them choose the right plan to scale efficiently. You’ll be a great fit if you're driven, accountable, and take full ownership of your pipeline. Whether that means closing inbound deals or proactively building new opportunities when demo volume is light. You bring energy, curiosity, and integrity to every interaction and thrive where speed, quality, and outcomes matter.
