We are hiring

Associate Consultant

We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team at MacPhie. As a boutique management consultancy firm, we expect our Associate Consultants to drive change. You will be able to affect company-wide change and work with everyone from our Partner to the Boards of Directors of our clients. We depend on your help in conducting and analyzing research, preparing and delivering written reports and presentations, and supporting the development of our business and clients.

A Bit About Us

At MacPhie, our mission is to help Canadian organizations thrive on the world stage. We do this by supporting diverse leaders and teams; inclusion is a core part of the work that we do and aspire to do each day. We believe that people - of all cultures, backgrounds, abilities, and identities - have tremendous potential to change the world. That's why we are committed to advancing equity and inclusion in our work, both internally and with clients.

We have a fundamental belief in making organizations and their people magnetic – attracting those stakeholders that matter most to them. We help organizations shape their future direction and cultures by building effective leadership, energized teams, and enduring results.

Our firm is a boutique Toronto-based management consultancy, reinventing the way organizations engage with people who matter most to them. We work with leaders to develop their strategies, transform their cultures and build high-performing teams.

We pride ourselves on our energetic culture, with a focus on personal growth. Our team is always willing to help and provide direction. Our approach is open, collegial, and highly supportive

Our Clients

For the last 20 years, MacPhie has built lasting relationships with clients ranging from global Fortune 100 companies to post-secondary institutions to local not-for-profits. We’re proud to work with clients across a range of sectors, including food and beverage, engineering and construction, financial services, advertising, healthcare, post-secondary and government. Our clients appreciate our sector-agnostic approach that cross pollinates thinking and brings fresh ideas and perspectives to solve challenges.

Why MacPhie?

  • Live Life to the Fullest - We are passionate about our work - and our personal lives and well-being. We begin with trust and understand the value of flexibility to do our best work. We value our family, friends, and clients, and we take the time to care for ourselves and one another.
  • Have a Voice in the Room Where it Happens - Sharing your point of view isn’t simply an opportunity; it’s an expectation. From Analyst to Partner, we are all active participants in key discussions and are responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients across all levels.
  • Build Relationships That Change Your Life - Our work is all about relationships, with clients and with each other. Ours is a collaborative, fun, and decidedly unbureaucratic firm, where team members can feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.
  • Innovate and Own Your Work - Our work is guided by creativity and ingenuity – and everyone is expected to help lead the thinking. We are passionate about co-creating fresh and innovative approaches that pass the pride test.
  • Grow and Evolve, Together - We grow when our team members grow, and vice versa. We are a learning organization and we create and support opportunities for learning and development, within and beyond the firm. Here, everyone is responsible for asking great questions and making things better all the time.
