About The Role The Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer is responsible for our end‑to‑end CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth, reliable, and automated delivery across multiple Salesforce orgs. You’ll streamline deployments, version control, and testing, driving continuous improvement and platform stability. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub, and automation tools. Define branching, deployment, and release strategies across environments. Automate quality checks, static code analysis, and regression testing. Manage sandbox refreshes, metadata synchronization, and org backups. Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize release frequency and reliability. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience. Strong command of Git, DevOps Center, SFDX, and deployment automation tools. Understanding of environment management, testing frameworks, and package‑based deployments. Experience with Apex test automation, PMD, and security scanners. Preferred Skills / Nice‑to‑Haves Exposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions pipelines. Familiarity with Data Cloud, Copado, or Flosum. Experience supporting multi‑org enterprise Salesforce landscapes. Language Skills Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice‑to‑have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
