· We are seeking a skilled Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department and drive the technology strategy of our organization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· 5-10+ years’ experience in IT.

· 3+ years' experience in team management, including executives.

· IT generalist, with a good understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, software development, and business intelligence.

· Advanced knowledge of Google Enterprise

· Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure operations.

· Good knowledge of IT operations processes (incident management, deployment, e.g., ITIL).

· Good knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps.

· Good knowledge of critical high-availability solution management.

· Ability to plan and organize, clearly communicating strategic objectives and translating them into an operational roadmap, and to distribute the workload fairly and equitably.

· Demonstrate adaptive leadership by proposing solutions, listening, and asking questions to understand and remain open. Be an exemplary role model, respecting commitments and adapting to people, context, and organization.

· Know how to communicate by listening attentively and expressing oneself frankly, clearly, and precisely to ensure mutual understanding that is constantly aligned with the organization's strategy. Quickly share relevant information with all stakeholders.
