Senior Technology Manager - Global Infrastructure Program Delivery Be among the first 25 applicants. Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Network and Infrastructure leadership, Tech Foundations, Tech PMO and business leaders to align strategies and plans, manage vendors, evolve standards and processes to effectively drive $12‑20M of capital, $3‑5M in Opex programs. Oversee programs for effectively managing design and engineering of core infrastructure platforms using agile program management processes (examples: network connectivity, authentication and directory services, video surveillance systems, management of 60,000+ devices, and deployment of Microsoft Office 365 configurations). Oversee 200‑500 annual site delivery projects using waterfall PM processes (new offices, stores, distribution centers, site remodels, device refresh programs). Manage office hardware (laptops, monitors, large‑scale printers, meeting‑room equipment) – procurement, depot, break‑fix, recycling – in partnership with Technology Asset Management, Tech Vendor Management, procurement and finance (RFI/RFP). Grow and develop a team of 20‑25 program/project managers, building a collaborative environment and providing resources and processes for successful delivery. Oversee Global Network and Infrastructure Program Delivery: Ensure alignment of programs and projects with business functions, building collaboration mechanisms, providing visibility into technology opportunities and risks. Maintain alignment with Tech Foundations and TPMO standards; provide inputs to business reviews and manage governance (MBR). Support vendor delivery management via processes and tools to track contract and SLA adherence; partner with procurement and finance for competitive RFI/RFP. Manage program reporting: collect and report data accurately and timely, enabling real‑time decision making. Oversee financial and risk management, value realization, budgeting, and metrics monitoring to drive OKR delivery. Coordinate project/product integration and dependencies at the portfolio level, embedding them into backlogs as appropriate. Lead stakeholder management with infrastructure and TF portfolio stakeholders. Enable annual planning by preparing OPPs submissions with accuracy and quality. Champion a culture of high performance, inclusion, learning, diversity of thought, and futurist/innovators mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the IT field. 8+ years of experience enabling key business priorities through technology delivery & support, and 5+ years as a people leader overseeing talent across multiple locations. Experience leading a technology team(s) responsible for project management, portfolio management, software license management, and/or network circuit management. Experience managing complex initiatives for a broad stakeholder group in highly dynamic, global organizations, preferably retail. Proven track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams that drive technical modernization while meeting business commitments. Strong stakeholder & vendor management expertise, with a proven ability to drive results internally & externally and foster key partnerships. Budget management expertise: prior experience overseeing $5M+ CAPEX & OPEX with a track record of optimizing spend year over year. Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation & Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $158,900 - $205,000 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary. Benefits include: Extended health, dental and mental health plans.
