What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire Be the driving force behind our dealership’s success — a true ambassador for Go Powersports, our brands, and our customers. Build, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver best-in-class customer service every day. Champion a positive, high-performance culture where people love to work and grow. Lead team huddles, celebrate wins, and guide your staff toward shared goals and exceptional results. Represent the dealership at local events and community initiatives — you’re the face of Go Powersports Manage & Execute Oversee daily dealership operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, and facility standards to meet both OEM and Go Powersports expectations. Identify staffing and training needs — and make sure your team has the tools to succeed. Monitor key performance metrics using our “scoreboard” system and take action to keep results on track. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards across all departments. Handle payroll approvals and opening/closing procedures for the location. What You Bring Proven experience leading teams and driving business results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you listen, connect, and lead with impact. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with solid computer skills (experience with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and dealership software is a plus).
