The Role: We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, high‑performing user interfaces for complex web applications. You’ll work across design, product, and backend teams to bring beautiful, functional experiences to life and ensure performance, scalability, and consistency across the platform. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where you’ll balance rapid iteration with technical depth — contributing to architectural discussions, improving performance, and mentoring junior engineers while continuously shipping impactful features. What You’ll Do: Build & Ship: Develop responsive, performant web interfaces using modern frameworks (React preferred) and component‑based architecture. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences. Own the Frontend: Take end‑to‑end ownership of features — from concept to deployment — ensuring reliability and maintainability. Contribute to Architecture: Participate in frontend architecture and state management decisions to improve scalability and performance. Mentor & Grow: Support junior and intern engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. Cross‑Functional Problem Solving: Collaborate with backend teams to resolve blockers, improve integrations, and drive efficiency. What You Bring: 3–5 years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 2 years in SaaS web application development. Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern frontend build tools. Familiarity with Vitest, Jest, or other testing frameworks for ensuring code quality. Experience working with GraphQL APIs and basic backend integration principles. Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive UI best practices. Track record of mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of collaboration. Excellent communication skills and strong customer empathy; you enjoy solving real user problems. Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in high‑velocity startup environments.
