Together, we help improve the quality of life in communities. Structural Team Lead, Telecommunications – Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil (on‑site or hybrid). This key role is responsible for the technical and operational management of a specialized team while actively contributing to the completion of varied and complex projects involving towers, masts, roof‑mounted structures, power transmission towers, water tanks, and other special structures. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the telecommunications structures team, ensuring technical excellence and project delivery within schedule and budget. • Manage the analysis and design of telecommunications structures and steel frames, applying industry best practices and regulatory standards. • Plan work to meet deadlines and project performance targets, while fostering team collaboration and professional development. • Communicate project progress, risks, and technical solutions to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, specializing in structures. 10+ years of experience in the analysis and design of telecommunications structures/steel frames. Member of the OIQ. Knowledge of TS Tower software (a significant asset). Excellent ability to work in a team and plan work to meet deadlines. Good command of spoken and written French; knowledge of English is an asset.
