**Job Title: Plumber (Service)****Job Description**Join our team as a service plumber working on diverse commercial projects, including restaurants, office tower units, and more. You will be responsible for troubleshooting water lines, drains, sinks, hydronic heaters, boilers, and gas lines.**Responsibilities**Work on commercial service plumbing projects.Troubleshoot and repair water lines, drains, sinks, hydronic heaters, boilers, and gas lines.Maintain a holistic overview of commercial systems.Work with hydronic boilers, cross connection control systems, and backflow preventers.**Essential Skills**5+ years of commercial service plumber experience.Journeyman Plumber certification.Experience with plumbing materials such as PVC, cast iron, black iron, and copper.CSTS and WHIMIS certifications.Reliable transportation.Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**A-gas fitter ticket.Tenant improvement experience.Fall Protection/Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification.**Why Work Here?**We offer extended health, dental, and vision care benefits. You''ll be on call for a weekend or nights every 3-4 months, receiving triple time for any service call outs. Our environment promotes teamwork and camaraderie, with an expectation for everyone to contribute to maintaining a clean workspace.
