Contract SOX Auditor (12-Month Term, Hybrid) – Potential to Extend or Convert | Manufacturing & Distribution Contract Length: 12 months (with strong possibility to extend or convert to permanent) Our client, a leading multi-national manufacturing and distribution company, is looking to bring on a Contract SOX Auditor to join their team for an initial 12-month engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong corporate culture, with the potential for long-term extension or conversion. What You’ll Do Execute hands‑on SOX testing, including walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation. Identify, investigate, and help resolve control issues and exceptions. Support SOX reporting requirements and deliverables. Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization. Assist with ad hoc projects, requests, and additional audit‑related tasks. Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications CPA/CA designation is required. Deep, hands‑on SOX compliance and testing experience—must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Strong background in SOX‑related reporting and documentation. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, execution‑focused mindset.
