Production Associate

**Job Title: Production Associate****Job Description**The Production Associate will be responsible for optical testing and assembly of precision parts. This role requires the ability to multitask, handle multiple testing and assembly tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate technical competence and computer literacy. The work will take place in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols and standards.**Responsibilities**Conduct optical testing on up to 17 cameras simultaneously while managing multiple test benches.Demonstrate computer literacy by using testing software, managing orders in SAP ERP, and creating support calls.Follow the schedule of work orders and ensure completion according to due dates.Work inside a cleanroom, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to cleanroom protocols.Lift up to 20 lbs from the floor and above shoulder level as needed.Perform assembly work with small parts, using manual tools such as torque drivers and soldering irons.Utilize digital assembly instructions and magnifying glasses for precise assembly work.Work with chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol and acetone safely.**Essential Skills**1+ years of production experience, ideally with small parts.Detail-oriented with strong quality inspection and troubleshooting skills.Medium computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and SAP.Experience in electronic assembly and schematic interpretation.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Soldering experience is an asset.Familiarity with cleanroom protocols is advantageous.Experience with SAP ERP is beneficial.**Why Work Here?**This role offers the stability of a long-term contract with the potential for conversion to permanent employment.
