This role offers a unique blend of marketing-driven lead generation and a structured sales process, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals and earning top-tier commissions.If you are highly motivated, passionate about technology, and eager to accelerate your career in a high-growth SaaS environment, this is the opportunity for you Responsibilities Managing and progressing sales opportunities through the pipeline Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects Closing deals and driving revenue growth Leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance Adhering to a structured sales process and following the company’s established playbook Requirements At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales Work authorization in the United States (required) Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing deals through a structured process Ability to handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and demo presentations Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic Comfortable working within a structured sales playbook and process-driven environment Nice to have Experience in software sales Industry-specific experience relevant to the company's market Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools Benefits More than just perks, they're the essential components of a rewarding career at CXT Software. 100% Remote and Global: Enjoy the freedom to live your best life from anywhere in the world Flexible Work Environment: Work at times that suit you best.
