Pack-Smart Inc. automated equipment isdesigned, built, and shipped from our manufacturing facility in Concord,Ontario Job title: Senior Business System Analyst– Develop and drivestrategic business decisions for a global leader in high-speed automationsolutions We’re looking for a Business System Analyst with a passion for streamlining processes and solving complex integrationchallenges. You will drive the connection between CAD and our ERP system, toimprove workflow efficiencies, and shape organized data strategies across thebusiness. You will also champion updates and changes with team members atPack-Smart, making sure everyone understands the importance of the updates andutilizing them Liaise with departments to integrate systemsseamlessly and align technology solutions with overall business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and team membersto design and implement robust, scalable solutions tailored to meet businessrequirements. Continuously monitor system performance,identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize system efficiency. Drive system testing and validation proceduresto ensure system reliability, functionality, and compliance withrequirements. 5+ yearsof relevant experience in ERP (or related) system integration (inmanufacturing setting is a great asset). Experiencewith integrating CAD and ERP systems. Knowledgeof SQL or experience with ERP data queries is a plus. Strongchange management skills, educating cross-functional teams to use newapplication functions WeCareforYOU: Wefocusondeveloping,empowering,andenergizingourteamthroughcoaching,treatdaysandteamevents.
