Job Description & Requirements We are seeking a responsible and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all cost and contract-related matters to ensure projects are delivered within budget, time, and quality standards, in compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Singapore projects. Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and requirements for accurate costing. Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of construction. Prepare and review progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Assess and certify subcontractors’ work and payment claims. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters. Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering to achieve cost efficiency. Support the Project Manager in contract administration and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and local industry standards. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with relevant working experience. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction projects (building, civil, or fit-out). Good knowledge of local construction contracts (SIA, PSSCOC, or FIDIC). Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
