Energyficient has an immediate opening for a Site Manager position on our construction team. The site manager takes over project responsibility at the receipt of a signed contract and will be responsible for pre‑construction planning, project construction, and closeout. Our Site Managers have the knowledge, skill, and experience to run and communicate day‑to‑day job safety, lighting construction operations, and quality control on the job site with our aim to build customer loyalty by exceeding their expectations. Required Skills Desire for travel and see the wonders of the USA This position is 80% travel. Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Procore and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Provide an excellent demeanor and personality to represent our company. Strong time-management, dependability, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Bring decisive, focused leadership. Understand job specifications, contract requirements, labor needs. The ability to walk long distances for multiple hours, if needed. Ability to multi‑task with a record of successfully supervising subs and supervising people. Experience in the use of I‑Pad, Android and similar devices. Deep desire to continue to learn lighting and acquire the experience necessary to excel in this industry. Job Description The Site Manager is an exciting position that provides the potential for advancement and growth within the company. Traveling 80% of your time throughout the U.S.A., you will typically leave on Monday and return by Friday. Weekend or holiday work is never required. You will work closely with subcontractor(s) to ensure their focus on quality, workmanship, and meeting the project schedule. This daily direction and coordination ensures the work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget, and on schedule to the customer’s satisfaction. Education High School Diploma Required Associates degree. Other Qualifications Valid Driver’s License Pass Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening Certified as OSHA‑30 within 30 days of employment. Desire to travel 80% of the time.
