Specialized IT Consultant - Junior Location: 87 Sir William Hearst Ave., Toronto, Ontario M3M 0B4 Duration: 252+250 days Specialized IT Consultant, Junior Level Evaluation Criteria Criteria for Evaluation Project Coordination and Planning - 40% Experience providing program co-ordination support for a large, diverse program with an established program management framework Experience with identification of risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigation strategies can be developed Experience with co-ordinating and contributing to reporting and briefing materials Experience with creation of diagrams to visualize and specify requirements and/or concepts Experience with advising on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Soft skills - 30% Strong interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills Solid organization and multitasking skills Ability to pay attention to detail and think ahead A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines and delivering high profile, complex initiatives Technical Skills - 25% Experience in the use of collaboration management tools Understanding of Agile Methodology and frameworks Experienced user of MS Office toolset including Microsoft teams OPS Experience - 5% Knowledge of Ontario’s digital strategy Knowledge of OPS I&IT standards and best practices Must haves: Experience providing program co-ordination support for a large, diverse program with an established program management framework #J-18808-Ljbffr
