Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Design and Development Engineer, located in Burlington, ON. The role involves designing and developing innovative products and solutions, conducting research and development, performing product testing, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring high‑quality designs to life. The Design and Development Engineer will continually enhance product performance while adhering to industry standards and client specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Design and Product Design Strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Testing methodologies Problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on innovation and process optimization Familiarity with manufacturing and automation technologies Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Prior experience in machine vision or AI applications is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
