Senior Engineering Manager – Trackunit Trackunit is a leading IoT company dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead three software engineering teams focused on OTA access and platform development. Overview Lead two teams comprising frontend, backend, data, and external engineers. Deliver features such as FOTA and remote commands on the Trackunit Iris platform. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering Managers on product strategy. Work in our London, Ontario hub with flexible remote options; presence required for regular team meetings. Responsibilities Manage people and inspire team members to reach their full potential. Facilitate the development process – planning, demos, retrospectives, and ideation. Co‑create new features with customers, breaking complex problems into user‑friendly software. Define and maintain strategic direction in collaboration with product management. Advocate for The Trackunit Way and promote a culture of high performance and work‑life balance. Qualifications Experience leading and technically guiding software development teams across multiple initiatives. Strong inclusive leadership and collaborative environment building. Comfortable in an agile environment with a focus on customer impact. A heart for people and a desire to develop further in a people‑leader role.
