Senior Project Manager

What You’ll Do Lead the delivery of highway, bridge, road rehabilitation, and related infrastructure projects. Act as the key liaison for clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. Develop project governance structures, schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project progress, manage change processes, and ensure quality outcomes. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members. Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and preparing proposals. What You Bring 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong focus on highway infrastructure. Post-secondary education in engineering or related discipline; P.Eng., ASTTBC, or equivalent credentials are assets. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Familiarity with BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure project delivery processes is a strong asset. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
