We also contribute to RRSP’s, paid professional development, group employee benefits, paid community involvement, as well as several other benefits.A Day in the life of a Project Manager at Pinchin:ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager at Pinchin, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services while mentoring staff and managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:Project LeadershipManage hazardous materials and IEQ projects from proposal to completion. Oversee assessments, abatement planning, and remediation strategies. Ensure compliance with OHSA, CSA, ASHRAE, and other relevant standards. Client & Business DevelopmentMaintain and grow client relationships. Support marketing efforts and contribute to business planning. Prepare proposals, reports, and contract documents. Team ManagementSupervise and mentor junior and intermediate staff. Provide technical guidance and quality control. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Technical ExpertiseConduct hazardous materials and air quality assessments. Develop mould prevention and Legionella management plans. Provide infection control consulting for healthcare environments. What You Bring To The Pinchin Team3–5 years of experience in hazardous materials or IEQ projects in a consulting environment Proven project management and team leadership experience. Post-secondary education in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Technology, or a related discipline. Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills. Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and RFP/RFQ documents. Valid driver’s license, car, insurance coverage, and willingness to travel.
