As an OPS Electrical Specialist, you will perform troubleshooting tasks, turbine inspections, and component repairs, and provide support across wind turbine components. 95% travel required, primarily between Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and repair of turbine components. Conduct inspections and document findings. Lead and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Collaborate with clients and small crews onsite. Adhere to safety guidelines using personal protective equipment. Provide assistance to site O&M and troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2–4 years relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets). Knowledge of electrical maintenance and testing equipment. Valid driver's license with clean record; willing to travel up to 95% of time.
