Base pay range CA$54,000.00/yr – CA$60,000.00/yr About the Role Smart Apartment Data, a five‑star employee‑rated company and award winner in the U.S. real‑estate analytics space, is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager. This is a remote role available across Canada, supporting enterprise clients in the real‑estate analytics space. Responsibilities Provide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customers Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunities Map out client organizations and identify key decision‑makers Collaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptly Manage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goals Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients Negotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationships Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related role Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Passionate, proactive, and a fast learner Customer service‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills Reliable work‑from‑home setup: strong internet, quiet workspace, presentable background, webcam, and noise‑cancelling headset Benefits Base Pay: CA$5,000/month + incentives Employment Type: Full‑time Work Setup: Remote (Canada) Why Join Smart Apartment Data?
