Responsibilities Coordinate and direct teams of business analysts, functional analysts, and developers in all phases of systems implementations, upgrades or migrations. Manages advisor consultants in the choice of solutions and tools supporting their respective scope (e.g., choice of building blocks/scope items, benefits and limitations). Ensures the integrity and integration of the solution components retained in adherence to the business scope. Assists the functional consultants in the definition and construction of the solution in preparation for Fit to Standard workshops. Supports workshops and challenges the gaps, as well as solutions proposed to gaps. Investigates, diagnoses and solves complex SAP project problems quickly. Ensures new SAP landscapes and solutions are designed and architected to ensure cost effective, scalable, and best‑in‑class solution delivery to all users. Act as Solution Architect to build new systems needed by the client by identifying current capabilities and future technological goals, creating, designing, and implementing well‑defined solutions aligned with the envisioned business solution and scope. Act as Pre‑sales expert and industry lead by providing advice on technologies that deliver business results and benefits to customers, while demonstrating added value of expertise and solutions. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or software engineering. At least 10 years of experience with SAP Implementations on the modules SAP Retail and experience of S/4HANA. Participated in pre‑sales activities, blue‑printing/Explore/Fit to Standard and integration activities. A strong business acumen. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Very knowledgeable in the Consumer Industry market, especially the Retail segment (business processes, trends, challenges as well as best‑in‑class solutions). A high‑energy individual who can adapt easily to different environments and project phases with leadership. Able to address objections with confidence and determination.
