You have a strong technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical systems, combined with a deep understanding of safety, efficiency, and quality standards. You possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision. Communication is your strength, and you can effectively connect with clients, contractors, and team members. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget. Role As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you’ll: Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations. Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task. Review and implement project pre-planning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency. Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture on-site. Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs. Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field. Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting). Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively. Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices. Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs. Considered An Asset Relevant and local construction industry experience.
