Position Summary :
As the Vice President of Sales, Personal Insurance , you play an integral role in the innovation and growth of our business. You have proven leadership qualities and a passion to lead initiatives that drive organic growth in all personal insurance products including auto insurance.
This position works collaboratively with the line of business leaders for Personal Insurance, Auto, and the Community Branch Network (CBN), collectively referred to as “PL” in order to contribute to strategic direction of all PL revenue and organic growth initiatives. This role will also ensure the best sales training is available to our employees. Strong business acumen and communication skills are fundamental as this position requires collaboration with all levels of employees and management in our organization.
You will ensure all programs and initiatives are in sync and support our vision to be the most trusted broker that empowers and engages our people to make a difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities :
Contributes new, fresh thinking and ideas to the PL business model
In collaboration with line of business leaders, developsannualsalesplan & budgetwith a focus on:

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
