As a Contracts Administrator, you will be an integral part of the procurement and contract management team, supporting various stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective contract processes. Job Title: Contracts Administrator Location: Waterloo, ON What's the Job? Manage and oversee contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and compliance with organizational policies. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and clarify contract requirements. Utilize Office 365 tools proficiently to prepare, review, and track contractual documents. Ensure all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory standards, mitigating risks for the organization. Maintain accurate records of contract activities and support ongoing contract administration tasks. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business, contracting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in sales or procurement. Proficiency with Office 365 applications for document management and communication. Experience dealing with stakeholders and managing multiple contract-related tasks.
