The Opportunity - Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails (Remote - CANADA) Wrapbook is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to play a hands‑on role in driving our mission to build an outstanding technology company. You will join a collaborative, cross‑functional team that delivers features powering the very core of our product: ensuring workers are paid accurately, efficiently, and at scale. This role sits within our Payables group, which serves as the backbone of Wrapbook’s payroll platform. You will focus primarily on backend development, transforming complex agreements into reliable, maintainable code that drives our payroll calculation engine. While most of your work will center on backend systems, you will also collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams to deliver complete, end‑to‑end solutions.
