We are seeking motivated and proactive Level 1 and Level 2 IT Infrastructure Engineers to join our team. As part of a leading System Integrator and solution provider, you will be responsible for delivering technical support, implementing IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least Level 1 support experience in IT infrastructure (network, server, storage, or related systems) and a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take on project delivery responsibilities. You will work closely with our senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, deploy solutions, and gain hands‑on experience across various technologies. Key Highlights Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and related solutions). Assist in project implementation for infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and migrations. Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system maintenance. Work with senior engineers to learn new technologies and gain project management exposure . Maintain proper documentation, asset tracking, and service reports. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop, or infrastructure). Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, or virtualization platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
