Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive compensation package including equity Flexible PTO policy to support work-life balance Comprehensive benefits package with additional perks Employee discount on a wide range of products for family and friends Opportunity to work remotely, allowing for a personalized work environment Join a culture that values innovation and supports personal and professional growth What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, overseeing support, maintenance, and enhancements Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Systems to execute the Salesforce roadmap Design, build, and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs Optimize Salesforce usage to streamline processes and enhance data quality Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure reliability What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or high-growth environment Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including flows and custom object design Experience with system integrations and third-party applications Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with ancillary tools in the tech stack, such as Gong, Iterable, Guru, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, or Rudderstack Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional collaboration skills with stakeholders across various departments #HealthcareTechnology #SalesforceAdmin #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #Innovation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
