About the SearchLewis Glanz Consulting (LGC) has been retained to search for a Chief FinTech Systems Officer (CFSO) on behalf of a global technology partner based in Toronto, Canada. This organisation is pioneering the integration of advanced financial systems, digital assets, and enterprise infrastructure in a rapidly scaling environment. The MandateReporting directly to the CEO, as CFSO you will: Define and govern the architecture for digital-asset integration, payment systems, and decentralized frameworks. Build secure and scalable systems across multi-jurisdictional environments supporting emerging financial and token-enabled models. Lead distributed technology and platform teams, with oversight of engineering, product, compliance and operations. Align fintech innovation with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks and enterprise operations. Convert strategic vision into operational systems and platform execution. Ideal CandidateProven C-level or senior executive track record in fintech, digital infrastructure, or digital-asset ecosystems. Deep understanding of systems architecture, token economics, custody & settlement technologies. Experience managing global/platform technology teams, preferably in North America. Fluent in English; Canadian residency or eligibility is required. Comfortable operating in a remote-first model, with periodic travel/in-office presence in Toronto. Engagement TermsThis is a full-time executive appointment. The compensation package offers a strong base salary of approximately CA$45,000 per month , plus long-term equity and performance incentives. The role is remote-first, with scheduled leadership sessions in Toronto.
