The Order Processing Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are accurately entered and processed in a timely manner. This role serves as a critical link between the different Global Express departments to maintain efficient order flow and high customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Order entry: Accurately inputting customer orders into the AS400 operating system. Verification: Reviewing orders to ensure all information is correct and complete. Coordination: Liaising with other departments, including customer service, procurement, sales and shipping, to ensure timely fulfillment. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3 years experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role. Comfortable working in an office environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and customer service skills. AS400 experience is considered an asset. Attention to detail and accuracy.
