In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer to establish our Revenue Operations function, supporting the Sales, Marketing & Customer Success business units. Responsibilities Develop, implement and refine the Revenue Operations function to create efficiencies and enhance the productivity of the entire revenue cycle. Own and optimize the technology stack utilized by Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to ensure their utilization is optimized in line with Senior Leadership expectations. As an AI software organization, adopt proven best-in-class AI solutions to create efficiencies within the Revenue function. Own and refine data analysis and reporting capabilities within the entire Revenue function in line with Senior Leadership expectations. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success & product to ensure marketing efforts evolve to incorporate user feedback. Qualifications 2+ years in a SaaS B2B Rev Ops leadership position (Manager Level or higher). Proven experience driving measurable results and creating efficiencies within the Revenue function. Experience implementing new technology with emphasis on integrations with Salesforce and AI enablement tools. Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
