This role focuses on building first-class experiences in the eCommerce space for PC Express, Joe Fresh, and Shoppers Drug Mart. You will define the product vision and strategy for your portfolio and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with design and engineering partners. We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering a customer-centric experience and who demonstrates ownership, bias for action, and the ability to think big in a fast-paced, analytical, and experimentation-driven environment. What You’ll Do Support the build and launch of experiences in the browsing phase of the customer journey, extending capabilities and reducing time-to-market while empowering teams to build the right products Help evolve, elevate, and personalize experiences that customers use to discover, find and learn about products Define goals and KPIs to measure success of the roadmap and report on metrics aligned to quarterly and annual goals Build a product roadmap that supports customers and aligns with internal business strategy and goals Own the backlog, including daily prioritization, grooming, writing user stories, and keeping the development team unblocked Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure lean, scalable features with clear intent and high velocity Generate and test hypotheses for new product development and ensure ROI-driven decision making Use qualitative and quantitative analysis when making key product decisions Leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and participate in customer research when possible Does This Sound Like You? Ability to own initiatives from idea to launch, including problem identification, prioritization, data gathering, problem solving, go-to-market planning, and driving results within an Agile delivery model Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems for millions of Canadians Customer-first approach, leveraging research and data to create deep customer value Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves Obsessed with testing and experimentation as part of product development Comfort communicating and presenting ideas to leadership What You’ll Need 2+ years of product management experience Experience working on eCommerce products, services and/or technologies Solid understanding of agile methodologies Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity Strong attention to detail and project management skills Data-based decision making experience How You’ll Succeed We seek great people who strengthen our culture, model our values, build trust, and make connections.
