You enable our culture of learning and growth for customers and associates. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self‑development and share your expertise with the larger store team and other business units. Specifically, You Will Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help customers meet and exceed their needs. Be an expert with our products and services. Reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services that create value. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless, and encourage referrals. Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards. Stay updated through internal communication channels such as the mobile app, intranet, and bulletin boards. Effectively resolve customer concerns and, when appropriate, escape to management. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or general sales experience. Customer focus and strong service orientation. Demonstrated selling ability. Ability to coach others. Effective communication across multiple mediums. Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills. Technology savvy. Curious, approachable, and passionate. Problem‑solving mindset.
