In this role, you won’t just oversee numbers- you’ll help shape the future of the business. You’ll collaborate with executives and the board of directors to set and drive the company’s financial strategy, ensuring we scale effectively across global markets. Your leadership will empower smart, data-driven decisions through best-in-class financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. This is both a strategic and hands-on opportunity, where you’ll blend vision with execution to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business goals Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the board of directors on all financial matters, including growth and cost management initiatives, development of KPIs to measure performance against strategic initiatives, and M&A Lead the annual budget planning process and long-range financial planning Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial functions, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and billing and deal desk operations Ensure financial systems, internal controls, and reporting infrastructure are scalable to support global growth Own financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including board and creditor packages, and financial due diligence in support of M&A Business Partnership: Partner with department heads across all functions to drive financial discipline, resource allocation, and business performance Optimize tracking and reporting of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Net Revenue Retention) Serve as a data-driven voice in company-wide decision-making Develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a complex and rapidly growing global organization Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement What you’ll bring: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with experience in global SaaS or tech companies Proven track record as a VP or SVP of Finance leading organizations through high growth and scale (ideally from $100M to $300M+) Deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics, subscription-based revenue models, and enterprise software Experience with international operations, including tax, compliance, and cross-border finance Successful track record in board relations and M&A activities Strong communication skills and executive presence with a hands-on, yet strategic, mindset CPA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred Are you ready to become an Absorber?
