**Job Title: CWB Welder****Job Description**Join our team as a CWB Welder, where you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of steel structural skids designed to hold processing units. Your primary responsibility will be to weld skids using metalcore and fluxcore practices. The majority of your work will involve flat welds, with some horizontal tasks. Additionally, you will handle the welding of clamps and units. All units are crafted from raw steel and undergo assembly, painting, disassembly, and shipment to client sites, where they are reassembled for processing. Each stage of the fabrication process is completed within our facility, ensuring quality and efficiency.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in FCAW, CWB, MCAW welding techniques.Experience as a Journeyman or Apprentice Welder.Minimum of 5 years in structural welding.Expertise in working with structural steel.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and P&ID.**Why Work Here?**Our company is a single source supplier for natural gas compression, oil and gas processing, refrigeration systems, and electric power equipment, offering in-house engineering and mechanical services expertise. We offer flexible working hours with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. Day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, while night shifts are from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. We provide time and a half after 40 hours and double time after 56 hours.
