IT Endpoint Support Engineer – Manufacturing Shop Floor

Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of IT endpoints and production line systems . Experience supporting manufacturing shop floor IT environments . Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge modules). Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment (mandatory). Prior experience in an Airbus environment or Shop Floor L1.5 support will be an added advantage. Bilingual proficiency in Quebec French and English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day incident monitoring, triage, and resolution (ServiceNow preferred). Support and maintain shop floor IT systems including printers, barcode scanners, MRTs, smart devices, and other line-side equipment. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for knowledge sharing, transition, and issue resolution . Manage stakeholder communications , provide regular status updates, and assist in preparing operational reports. Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams for timely problem resolution. Follow Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, SLM, and Knowledge Management).
