Partner with senior R&D leaders, architect decision‑science frameworks, and lead a high‑performing team to model operational scenarios, quantify risks, and accelerate the delivery of new medicines. Key Responsibilities : Strategic & Facilitative Leadership Lead high‑stakes strategic discussions with clinical development leadership to frame complex business problems and develop differentiated options. Synthesize evidence to construct cohesive decision models that guide strategy. Translate complex model outputs into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for executive audiences. Advanced Modeling & Analytics Implement decision models that quantify risk and identify value‑add opportunities in study timelines and resource allocation. Build predictive models for patient recruitment, site performance, and milestone attainment to create risk‑aware delivery strategies. Champion innovative analytical approaches to uncover non‑obvious value‑add opportunities. Technical Innovation & Capability Development Design and deploy scalable analytics solutions, including production‑ready models, automated monitoring systems, and real‑time data pipelines. Apply best‑in‑class DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automated testing) for reproducible, scalable solutions. Train and mentor colleagues on tools, methods, and decision frameworks to build organizational capability. Basic Qualifications : PhD (preferred) or MSc in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Decision Analysis). Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proven expertise designing and building flexible decision models (Monte Carlo simulation, Bayesian analysis, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis). Expertise in Python or R with production‑level coding ability. Hands‑on experience with DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD, testing). Track record of leading and mentoring technical teams to deliver measurable business impact. Exceptional communication and influencing skills for senior leadership in a matrix environment. Preferred Qualifications : Deep knowledge of drug development lifecycle and Clinical Operations workflows. Therapeutic area depth, including regulatory requirements and trial design. Direct Clinical Operations experience. Management consulting experience focused on pharmaceutical strategy or operations.
