Order Management Analyst

Job Title – Order Management Analyst Location – Canada (Remote) Duration – Long term Job Description: Note : Candidates must be able to start work at 7:00 AM EST. The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to manage and optimize the full order-to-cash lifecycle for our subscription-based products. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure accurate order processing, smooth billing, and exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do: Process and manage customer orders, renewals, amendments, and cancellations in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora). Validate pricing, discounts, terms, and billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly and efficiently. Support global operations across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and maintain operational reporting. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives. Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and cross-functional reporting. Who You Are: 2–5 years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or subscription operations, ideally in SaaS. (Optional) Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points: Familiarity with subscription billing, SaaS pricing models, and revenue recognition (ASC 606). Experience with process automation and system enhancements. Exposure to global order management supporting multiple regions.
