Job Title: Dispatcher Location: Calgary, AB Why Work With Us: Competitive industry wage Be part of a growing company Strong HSE culture Opportunities for advancement – great place to start your career or continue your growth Source invests in our employees and their success What You'll Be Doing: Assign trucks to specific jobs within oilfield locations; Review deliveries to ensure trucks arrive at delivery location in a timely manner; Communicate with drivers, dispatcher(s), transload staff, field personnel and supervisors throughout the shift and at shift change for current status and issues; Ability to handle changes in roster management throughout your shift Manage relationship with third party suppliers and vendors to monitor loading and delivery; Working a 12 hour shift on a flexible rotation Who We're Looking For: 3+ years of previous experience working in a dispatching and/or logistics environment with oilfield experience preferred; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office; Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere under pressure; Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change quickly Exceptional customer service skills with focus on positive client experience. Technical Ability to operate within different software tracking systems to manage rosters Enjoys interaction with people on a singular basis and working within a team structure What Will Help You Succeed: We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude, who have working knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change.
