Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-phase data centre consolidation and network refresh initiative. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Drive planning and execution of a major data centre consolidation project.Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans for breaking down network and compute clusters in two stages, ensuring minimal disruption.Coordination: Oversee logistics for relocating equipment between locations.Network Refresh: Lead efforts to refresh the Network Core and consolidate existing infrastructure.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, and other vendors to align resources and meet critical deadlines.Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.Reporting: Provide clear, timely updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and deliverables.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 8+ years in project/program management, with proven success in large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network architecture, compute clusters, and data centre operations.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple vendors in a high-pressure environment.Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate effectively.ACCESSIBILITYWe're committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported, and has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
