We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team and support world-class clients with operational excellence ABOUT THE ROLE: Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using TMS and proprietary systems Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and deliver service excellence Maintain customer/vendor databases and key documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents) Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: At least 1+ years of logistics industry experience; 3PL/4PL experience is a plus At least 1+ year as a logistics specialist is a hugely beneficial Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR is a strong plus Strong business acumen and service-first mindset CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule, including weekends/stat holidays as needed Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY: Candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience will not be considered.
