Qualifications 5+ years' professional experience in Learning and Development, Education, HR, Leadership, Coaching, facilitation, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely. Growth-minded with a genuine passion for helping others expand their potential. Adaptable, resourceful, and open to new ideas, tools, and ways of working..
