Prepare functional designs, guide testing/UAT, create documentation, and run end-user training. Support project timelines and pre-sales initiatives. Your Background: 10+ years in SAP IS-U FICA (preferably S/4HANA Utilities). Strong in Canadian utility sector processes and regulatory know-how. Experience with data migration, AMI, and meter-to-cash cycles. Excellent communicator; client-facing and team leadership experience a plus. SAP certification and ABAP debugging are advantages.
