2025 is an exciting time to join Alliance Employment Group Alliance Employment Group is a staffing agency specializing in high volume labour recruiting. AEG has clients in warehousing, construction, aviation, food services, retail, and more. Alliance Employment Group is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to join our internal Vancouver team to help specifically oversee our Richmond site for our Aviation client. 25-30 hours per week Job Responsibilities Include: Providing full cycle recruitment support for all clients Creating and promoting job advertisements Scheduling and performing interviews with candidates Registering potential candidates in person or online/updating candidate information in our database Ensuring the organization and confidentiality of important paperwork and employee documents Provide assistance in sales, running a full 360 desk Doing site visits at least 2-3 times per week Requirements Include: Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. Preferred 1 year of previous high volume/agency recruiting Previous recruiting experience in labour, industrial, warehouse industries preferred Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
